An innovative office centre takes off.

Under the supervision of LIDEVELOPMENT zoning, submission and final receipt of the building permit for this modern office project was achieved, whereby LIDEVELOPMENT also acted as a considerable investor among the group of partners. Albatros will significantly mark the townscape around the Viennese Gasometer with its modern architecture. Following the achievement of the building permit LIDEVELOPMENT accomplished the sale of the project to a reliable investor, who guarantees for the prompt development of the project Albatros.

Counting for more than 41,300 mē the project consists of altogether five construction units, which combine up-to-date architecture with thought out solutions. A strong emphasis was laid upon the flexibility of lease units and the subdividing possibility with the layout of the office space in order to be able to realize a maximum of customer-oriented surface solutions. Conference and meeting rooms were designed to be in the top floors with a magnificent view over Vienna.
