New shopping experience.

The location Parndorf has already become a point of economic attraction and has gained its great reputation with the existing Mc Arthur Glenn Designer Outlet Centre, which specializes in the sale of price reduced designer goods. The Shopping Center Parndorf will be constructed on the directly bordering plot with an even more traffic-favourable location representing an attractive extension of the existing shopping centre. LIDEVELOPMENT, also part of the investor group in this project, was responsible for site selection, as well as the zoning, project planning and receipt of the building permit - LIDEVELOPMENT once again proved its expertise in the sector.

Concept

The Shopping Center Parndorf is planned as a new combination of classical speciality centre and an open arcaded shopping mile. Shops and suppliers step into a spatial proximity, which is new for customers and represents a maximum of attractiveness. A food and restaurant concept was also developed for the entire area.
