In the year 1996 LIDEVELOPMENT renovated and remodelled this building on one of Vienna’s most popular shopping streets. The project turned out to be of high interest for the international retail company H&M, who decided to rent the entire building and start their first branch in Austria. Later on LIDEVELOPMENT successfully sold the building to H&M.
