In a prime location in Vienna LIDEVELOPMENT developed one of the most modern office buildings throughout the country in co-operation with an investor group. LIDEVELOPMENT’s expertise was crucial for the success of the project starting with the site selection, purchase of the property, planning, obtaining of the building permit, forming an investor group and reselling the constructed and fully rented office building.

With a total of 78.000 m² and 8 floors Mc Henry is the largest office complex in Vienna. It is situated in a prime location in the 2nd district of Vienna with perfect infrastructure, only minutes away from the City Centre with the underground, nearby a recreational area and perfectly located for public and private transport. The office building was constructed in three phases with a total of six construction units, whereby during the construction period individual needs of the future tenants could be taken into consideration.
